Our Story
Mona Pants lives in Zebulon, NC with her 3 rescued sisters: Petunia (Tunie), Emmie, and Piper. It’s a full house that provides endless shenanigans for us to share in our talking dog videos.
Mona's Momma, Debbi, has been involved in dog rescue for over 15 years. She established the Mona Pants Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) non profit, in 2014. Debbi has been making jewelry and running a retail store since the 90’s that’s ever evolved though the years. Now, Debbi opened the Mona Pants Second-hand shop and 100% of sales go to help rescue groups and fund our programs. Additionally, Debbi has rescued and re-homed over 150 dogs throughout her career. Most of the dogs were medically challenged, abused, or victims of cruelty. The shop is located in Zebulon, NC and has an online portion as well where you can find dog toys, t-shirts, and second hand jewelry and accessories. The Mona Pants Foundation has taken rescue & fundraising to a national level helping dog rescue groups from all over the country.
